- The surface varies between stone, gravel, asphalt, sand & forest trails

- Ljugarn > Anga Prästänge > Ljugarn
- The start of "Enkle 50miles" is at Pensionat Lövängen in Ljugarn, where the first 10k is run mostly on forest trails to the ancient ruin Torsburgen, continuing to Anga Prästänge where the course turn. More forest trails to Katthammarsvik. Then you run along the coast line following Östkustleden (orange markings on trees etc.)
- The finish is at Pensionat Lövängen in Ljugarn
- Surfaces: Stone, gravel, asphalt, sand & forest trails

- Ljugarn > Anga Prästänge > Ljugarn x 2
- The start of "Dubble 100miles" is at Pensionat Lövängen in Ljugarn, where you simply run 2 loops of the "Enkle" course. First loop is counter clockwise, i.e you start north along Östkustleden (orange markings on trees/stones/poles). When you reach Ljugarn you turn & run the loop clockwise.
- The finish is at Pensionat Lövängen in Ljugarn
- Surfaces: Stone, gravel, asphalt, sand & forest trails
- 6 x energy stations with water, sports drink & snacks
- You run the Gothic trail
